this post is super random.
i was just reading through tanya's 'stranger' album sleeve,her thank you note.

then i thought of her in the cover page of some recent 8days.
she was quoted 'why wont singapore love me?'
true,it could be jus the stupid magazine's thoughts and they make it seem like she said it when in actual fact she didnt,but it makes me really think.

what's the difference between her and stefanie sun?
the difference is that she can sing better,write better lyrics and have a better attitude.
call me biased,but i really cant stefanie sun's voice.
if her voice isnt enough to turn me off,her stinking cockiness will.
so why,is stefanie sun so popular but tanya isn't?
because stefanie sun sings more mainstream stuff?
she looks better?

i really dont understand.
if people think stefanie sun looks better,you guys haven't seen enough.
she is no different from the bamboo pole people use to hang their wet clothes on.

and,it's really very saddening.
i mean,people can like stefanie sun,but that doesnt mean they should not like tanya.
most people are like that.
i mean,both of them are local talents,althougi wouldn't say that much of it for stefanie sun, but that's not the point.
the point is that,if tanya is a Singaporean,how come she is SO popular in Taiwan,but virtually unknown in Singapore?

and i just seriously cant think of good reasons why Singaporeans like stefanie sun so much.
i cant stand her voice.and her frikin cockiness.
she makes me not want to let people know that i'm actually a Singaporean.
although i am so super patriotic.

i was listening to tanya during my PSLE period and i got an A for my Chinese.
because i think she is super great,and her lyrics just,evokes the want in me to remember it because it's so meaningful.
and i am super grateful to Warner for keeping their faith in her,letting her have more albums,because if not i wouldnt lose all interest in chinese music.

i really wanna get 't-time'.shall got to gramphone to check it out.
tanya's voice is a million times better than stefanie sun's.
it's just that it's not realised,and people who like stefanie sun dont wana realise it because htey dont wanna admit defeat.
then more people support sefanie sun because most people support her.
it doesnt take a retard to know most Singaporeans follow the crowd like sheep.
that is why we dont have really successful people,in terms of business.
they follow,follow and follow.
if nobody dares to lead,where do good things come from?

anyway,i'll blog more later.
