haha,
here i am,talking to myself.
been using multiply,and I AM CONVERTED.
multiply is much better cos you dont need to deal with HTML all the time (ie when changing skin)
they use CSS and have custom skins that are made by normal people,much like blogskins.com.
and,it had areas for photos,music,videos al nicely set up!
you also dont need to put in your own tagboard cos they have the guestbook.
you also have power over who gets to see stuff you post (blog,pictures,video,music blahblah..)
can even choose to let only INDIVIDUALS see.
or not,for instances where idiots read your blog and diss you,thinking that they know all about you when their intepretation of what you say is completely wrong,anyway.
they even have a calendar thing!
you can put in events and it'll appear on you site,like a reminder.

i really dont understand why they are condemning Japanese PM Koizumi for visiting that dammed shrine.

okay so today,school.
wanted to go early for taf.
i woke up early,but dont know did what,till i took the 7am bus.
then i reached school at like, 7.35am.
then mr yee just marked attendance and gave me the shit.

then first period was stupid maths.
for the whole entire lesson i think mr malik was talking sine cosine rule.
THAT IS BORING,MAN.
then we had a NIE 'teacher' in class.
today i greeted all the NIE trainees as noobs.

then during chemistry, 'good morning mrs ang,mr chan and ms noob'
i was abit crazy today.
must be because i didnt take my vitamins last night.

during english when we were supposed to do 'quick' write,me,sarah,jane and suz were playing hang man.
i kept guessing letters like 'x,y,z'
those that obviously wont be in the word.
then i kept winning.

then chinese was combined lesson.
FUN!
i like combined lessons cos i feel more like doing work in the AVA room.
had to write some letter.

then,recess.
rang hair spa & salon to make an appoinment with georgina.
recess was exceptionally long.
didnt hear the bell,but eveyone went up then we realised we should go up.
decided not to,went back to class to rush social studies note/mindmap.
it was next period.

then was music.
i think my latin is improving.
those idiots pissed the teacher off as usual.

i remember,how i didnt like you when we were in lower secondary.
how i thought you were a snob,a brat.
then fate brought us together into the same class in secondary 3.
then i got to know you and you got to know me to a point i'd tell you nearly everything.
you were such a good friend.
but seems like things were not meant to be.
it's not that bad,but things that have happened are acting like the inside jaws on a vernier caliper,prying us further and further apart.

everything that happens in life happens for a reason; it is a lesson taught and a lesson learnt.

i'm quite happy.
i changed my mozilla theme.
sort of disgusting,but better than it used to be.

anyway.
nothing much to blog about today.
i was asking people at work who they preferred.
stefanie sun or tanya chua.
then i only managed to get answers from 4 people.
and the results is tanya 2-2 stefanie.
excluding me.

most people think tanya doesn't have enough publicity,that's why.
and rocky said it doenst matter if she's not popular in singapore.
she sings chinese music,and being successful in Taiwan is more than good enough.
and that she is just being professional.

i think im going to send an email to Music & Movement.
and i was talking to this aunty who had the counter beside mine about the national day song this year..if she liked it.
then she said she didnt even get the chance to get familiar with it.
then she said they should give out free theme song CDs.
then i said 'yea,it should be included in all the fun-packs'
then she was like 'DUI LE DUI LE!'
then she asked me to write in to the NDP organisation.
and they most probably will consider it.
maybe i should start a petition.
but if i do im going to send them an email of exactly how many signatures they need.

i feel very busy.

i was just reading through tanya's 'stranger' album sleeve,her thank you note.

then i thought of her in the cover page of some recent 8days.
she was quoted 'why wont singapore love me?'
true,it could be jus the stupid magazine's thoughts and they make it seem like she said it when in actual fact she didnt,but it makes me really think.

what's the difference between her and stefanie sun?
the difference is that she can sing better,write better lyrics and have a better attitude.
call me biased,but i really cant stefanie sun's voice.
if her voice isnt enough to turn me off,her stinking cockiness will.
so why,is stefanie sun so popular but tanya isn't?
because stefanie sun sings more mainstream stuff?
she looks better?

i really dont understand.
if people think stefanie sun looks better,you guys haven't seen enough.
she is no different from the bamboo pole people use to hang their wet clothes on.

and,it's really very saddening.
i mean,people can like stefanie sun,but that doesnt mean they should not like tanya.
most people are like that.
i mean,both of them are local talents,althougi wouldn't say that much of it for stefanie sun, but that's not the point.

i am soo totally in love with this fantabulous song.
oh and,i forgot to mention something in my NDP post yesterday.
during the marching thang.
they were marching off already and some boy scout fainted.
seriously,he just fell.
he was so small on the stretcher,like,a little bit mroe then half of it,so cant really blame him la.

sometimes i freak out at why the hell im so blardy observant.
kills the fun sometimes.

anyway,so today was exceptionally RAD.
i woke up early..at like,8am because i was supposed to meet SARKO for breakfast at tiong bk.
then,that chick overslept.as usual la.
i was clever enough to ask her to text me when she woke up.
by the time she woke up,changed the breakfast place to harbor.
cos we weren't sure what time bk breakfast ends.
soo,then had breakfast.
then off to sentosa!
yea,just the two of us.
funner that way,actually.

we seriously need to invest on a beach mat.

so anyway.
today's parade was quite alright.
before i left for the stadium something at the back of my head told me i should bring a pen and a notebook.
i wasnt planning on bringing a bag,so i didnt bring pen and book.
then,when i was there.
i wished i had a videocam.
then,while i was waiting in the stadium,i wished i listened to my head and brought a pen and book.
i had so many inspirations.

so anyway i didnt bring a dammed notebook,so i typed what i thought into my phone.
this is what i typed.

' there's a sea of red all around me,and i am a part of it. people are waving their flags,clapping their clapsticks.this idiot sitting behind me is screaming so freaking loudly.then she starts singing.HORRIBLE!

and yea,it works fine,but i really still prefer the veet razorless.
cos the razorless DISSOLVES the hair,you merely just scrape the cream off.
so it sorta has a closer shave.

everyone was betting on brazil to win the world cup,the odds were 100/4 !!
the next was england,who was already far far behind brazil with 80/1 odds.

i really wonder if like,home countries bribe those referees,because it really is weird,why most of the time home countries do ALOT better,and win when the world cup is in their hometown.
i think those things about because it's your home and you wanna make the people proud is bullocks,because you cant say that when they play World Cup somewhere else they dont have that same desire to win.

the spirit in Brussels was absolutely like,SO heartwarming!
after the Italy V (somebody) game,and when Brazil played Australia.
everyone were like,sitting out of car windows waving flags,sounding the car horn to a cheering tune,high-fiving everyone and anyone who supported the same team everywhere on the streets,some even opened their car boots (the hatchback cars),and they sat in the boot with their legs hanging out waving flags and cheering with another car...
it was so nice i wished i had a flag too,even though i didnt support Italy.
actually i DON'T support Italy at all.i dont know why,they just don't strike my match.
but it was really cool.

like,can you even IMAGINE something like that happened in Singapore?
we wouildn't even have a chance to,because we'd already all be at police stations being detained for say,unruly behavior,and if we did those things with our cars i bet we'd be banned from driving for like,forever,since it IS quite dangerous.
but like,it's just the fun and spirit,you know.
so many people with so many different backgrounds,cultures,upbringing,ethnicity,skin color,race,sex (...) can be so united,after just 90 minutes.
if the whole world were like that,we will live better lives.
people will be friendlier,more accepting of others,and certainly everyone would be everybody's friends.

BUT i think this kind of things would be DISASTROUS if it happened in Singapore.
Singaporean drivers are like,already bad enough when they are driving a normal car on a peaceful street,think about it if they had to drive AND wave flags AND horn in such a filled roads with so many people running about.
if they dont cause fatalities or even deaths in that situation,they are not Singaporeans.
i mean,sort of discriminating,but it's true.
Singaporeans just like,they dont even have basic road courtesy,they dont even bloody SIGNAL(!) when they wanna make a turn,or just wanna come into a lane.
and to think there is so much technology in this world the flickers are like,just behind the steering wheel,and i dont see why is it SO difficult for them to just bloody put a finger there and flick it!
especially those taxi drivers!
i've been in to many taxis in Singapore all my life,and most of them,say 90% of them dont signal,and i find that really really selfish.
just because you think it's a fuss to flick a damned flicker,you might not only cause danger to yourself,but also your passenger,and even those who are completely innocent but get into shit because you dont want to flick a flicker!

see it from the innocents' point of view.how would YOU feel if you were the innocent?AND what if you yourself dont normally signal too?
sre,you can blame the person who didnt signal and caused the shit,but then again what about YOU?
are you any better?
and it is even so difficult for Singaporean drivers,especially the male species,to just like,raise a hand and say thank you when you give way to them.
it's like they own the road and you OUGHT to give way to them.
and i haven't even STARTED about bloody Singaporean male drivers!
when they see a woman driving,they look down on her and dont even give way.
what's worse is the majority is like that.if it's the minority,maybe it is still possible to pretend they dont exist.but it's like, 95%!

it's so different when you're in like,Australia.
everybody is so friendly they can eve nsay thanks to you for like,nothing!
just raise of a hand,a smile in the rear view mirror when caught up in a jam,the person behind you can see,and that really makes someone's day,also your day,dont it?
OMG I MISS AUSTRALIA.
most 'ang moh' countries are like that,but yea,londoners can be really aggresive too.
but it's the minority.
but maybe i shouldnt be saying Singapore is so bad,look at say,China and Bangkok.
i mean,most Thais are like,really friendly,but they're aggresive on the road.
but at least they make up for it in friendly salespeople in shops who are always willing to lend a hand.

even their airport CUSTOMS can't even TRY to be friendly,and they are like,always acting nice to caucasians (white skin,angmoh types),but actually they rip them off when they buy things.it's true,most people still look at whites and think they are superior.i read in either May or Choy's 'Stomp!' blog,and i totally agree.
we're all PEOPLE,and deserve the same respect.
regardless of skin color,race or even country or origin.
the Chynas can't even be friendly to their own people,what is there to say about them.-

the reader's digest survey was like,sort of a wake up call.
to make us OPEN OUR EYES,and see that Singapore is not perfect,and many Singaporeans think they are the best,even though they are NOT.
i think we should try to brush up those social manners.
especially salespeople in like,boutiques,and drivers.
those salespeople..when you walk into say,Chanel boutique wearing like,just normal clothes at reasonable prices,they look at you,and that's it.then someone else who's wearing top-notch waste-of-money for normal days Chanel clothes,they try to suck up and serve them and like,act friendly like mad.
what is this?!?
Singaporeans look down on people too much,that's why.
when in actualy fact they themselves arent any better.

this is only an example,because i dont think there is a Chanel boutique that sells clothes in Singapore,and when i go into Chanel boutiques (the bag ones),most of the time those people are quite friendly.
we need more people to be like this.
when you walk in you see smiles everywhere,they greet you and thank you with sincerity,it's really very like,heart-rending.

right.this is the bomb.
changed URL cos i aint no softballer anymore.
a tiff that lasted just about 2minutes potentially changed my life.
right.so that was from suspension to severe ties.
yes,i am sad.that i cannot play softball anymore.
BUT,i do not regret what i did.i do not regret cheering for nan hua.
why?because that isn't even like,a proper reason since technically i wasnt in the team anymore,so as a third party i have the right to choose whichever team i think is good,will win,and whichever team i wanna support.
it is human right.

but anyway.it isnt really that bad.because what's the meaning of playing a team sport when there is really no 'team'?
this so called 'team',is held together by all the wrong things.
we dont really want to work together,but are sort of forced into it,by the teachers,and by the simple lack of choice.
we all love the sport we play,and we know it's not just about ourselves.
so to be able to play the sport we love,we just have to work with the others,most of the time unwillingly.
if you think im talking rubbish and this is not true,think again.
if that is still your decision then you can leave this blog.
and by the teachers part.when we dont worlk together,we will get scolded,lectured about those teamwork theories,and then we try to give the teacher what she expects.
and that isn't a correct reason.
that team just had so many misunderstandings and all that shit unspoken.
we tolerate,tell ourselves it's just for that little while;in training of in a game.
and when all that tolerating piles up trouble is what you get.
maybe professional ahtletes can do that.
true,that doesnt mean we cant,but we are not professional enough.
it's just,not there.
and these kinda things are hard to change.
its not anybody's but our own fault that we're not professional enough.
it's in the way you see what you want and that kinda things.

anyway.this could be good for me.
maybe softball just isnt my thing,since i was never even borderline good.
and good for the team.
